3L Patrol Air to Air Intercooler

A Service we offer on exchange basis. We replace the standard intercooler core with a core with larger fins and the replacement core is welded in not crimped as the standard core is.

3L Patrol Oil to Air Separator

After a false start with the 1st Oil to Air separator we developed, we have now perfected the Oil to Air Separator. We have 3 different kits available for the 3L Patrol depending on year model and ABS brakes, these kits include oil resistant hose, brackets & fittings.

3L Patrol Intercooler Elbow

Exchange service we offer for those wishing to fit a Boost Gauge. We use a 1/8 bsp socket and barb fitting.

4.2L Patrol Air to Water Intercooler

We are using a flat air to water intercooler, 21/2” pipe work, 10x10 radiator, bosch water pump – which pumps 23L a minute, custom made water reservoir. Drops EGT Temps by up to 80 degrees.

We stock a range of filters to suit most new and old model Turbo Diesel or Petrol 4wds.

What does an oil to air separator do?
It is to catch oil fumes and vapours to preventing them entering the turbo charger and intercooler.

For all 3L Patrols we recommend that boost gauges are fitted. For all other models of vehicle our recommendation depends on how you use your vehicle and what performance upgrades have been made.

We have custom made a 304 Stainless Steel Snorkel Adpator to suit the new V8 70 Series Landcruisers. This will suit a 31/2” air ram Snorkel Top.
