When developing a new product our process is as below:

Whilst the vehicle is stock standard with road test the vehicle with pyro, boost gauge and datalogger fitted.

We road test the vehicles for several hours also testing it on Panorama – a big hill out the back of the Gold Coast.

Then we put the vehicle on the dyno to check standard power and torque (depending on the vehicle it is either at the rear wheels or at all four wheels), we also recheck standard boost and pyro temps.

Over the next 3 – 5 working days we custom make products to suit that vehicle whether this be Exhaust System/ Intercoolers/ Setting up custom mapping for chips, also upgrading air filters and snorkels and any other products the will benefit the performance and economy of your vehicle.

During this period of time we will re-dyno and road test your vehicle to see which combination of products best suit the vehicle we are upgrading.

Once we are happy with the products chosen we do a final hill test, then dyno run rechecking power & torque, and pyro temps and boost level.
